What I learnt at gym today


1.Cardio (5 mins)
- Eleptical

2.Exercise
- bend knee, back against the wall
- step up, step down
- step front, bend knee
- step side, bend knee
(sets of 3)

3. Cardio (5 mins)
- Protector (i think that was what it was called)

4. Exercise
- lift small dumb bells up head
- lift dumb bells side to up
- lift dumb bells back to up
- sit up, body lying against ball
(sets of 3)

p.s. A healthy person is a happy person :)
